有时候我们使用电报的时候，在进行私聊会提示无法给对方发送信息，只能给双向联系人发送私聊，这就是常见的“双向限制了”，遇到这种情况不用着急，我们可以通过下面的方法，简单的和机器人申诉来解决问题。
第一步：找到官方申诉机器人
在Telegram搜索框中输入：@SpamBot。请注意要选择带有蓝色认证标记的官方机器人，因为存在许多仿冒机器人，他们可能会危害您的账号安全。
第二步：开始申诉流程
点击机器人对话界面下方的"start"按钮，启动申诉流程。机器人会用英文与您对话，按照下面图片的提示一步步操作即可。
第三步：提交申诉
在申诉理由中，您可以使用以下英文文字：
"Dear Telegram Support Team, I am writing to request the removal of the two-way contact restriction on my account. I have been a loyal Telegram user for a considerable time and have always adhered to the platform's guidelines and terms of service. My account has been used primarily for legitimate communication with friends, family, and professional contacts. Recently, I noticed that I am unable to initiate private chats with other users, receiving the message that I can only message mutual contacts. This restriction significantly impacts my ability to network and communicate effectively on the platform. I want to assure you that I have never engaged in any form of spam, harassment, or violation of Telegram's policies. I understand the importance of maintaining a safe environment for all users, and I commit to continuing to use the platform responsibly. I kindly request you to review my account history and consider removing this restriction. Thank you for your time and consideration. Best regards"
提交申诉后，一般在48小时内可以解除限制。
